Currently, I have 3 of these chop plates here. The chartreuse one, in particular, was an amazing find (to me anyway!). It is in beautiful condition and looks practically unused - obviously, no chips or cracks and only a very few short, light scratches. The green and yellow ones too are near mint and very nice but the chartreuse one is far less common. | |

Thirteen-inch chop plates are actually a little over 12 inches in diameter and were produced in the all of the original and 50's colors. While they are generally marked with an ink stamp on the back (GENUINE / fiesta / HLCO USA), they are also commonly found unmarked. Please note that in the middle photo above, both the red and ivory plates have a double foot ring; this is a common variation. | ||
