Discontinued Tripod Bowls
Paired with Jumbo Saucers
Based on some questions that I have had about these sets, a brief note is in order here. The bowls and saucers were not originally designed to be a set - they were not sold together - but this seems to be like a marriage made in Heaven. Salsa or any semi-liquids placed in the bowls and meant to be spooned out as condiments tend to be drippy, hence the saucers. We use underplates or small platters beneath our sauce boats so what could be more logical here?
