After 2 day of intense storms which caused the largest
electric outages in Texas history,
During which I was listening to the
Amateur Radio Operators "Weather Net" tracking the storm on my scanner.
I decided to see what a GPS map with the Mapsco Grids
(which they
use to report weather conditions at these locations) would look like.
